What is it?

A challenge
to complete 20 "miles" of fitness activities
during each week of the 10 week virtual event.

Fitness Challenge
For the Fitness Challenge:
1. Each registrant commits to completing 20 miles in each of the 10 weeks of the Carter Lackey
2. Miles do not have to all be completed the same way. You can do them all the same way if you'd like
(for example walk all of your miles) or you can mix it up and complete your miles with a variety of
fitness activities (for example walk, bike, swim, run, Zumba). There is no limit on how many different
fitness activities you can use. Visit the
Calculate Page to determine how many miles a fitness activity
translates into.

3. Registrants report their miles by 6pm on Sunday each week to Event Coordinator, Liz Terwilliger,
by posting them in the
Fitness Challenge Facebook Group or by email (CLMM@tspt.biz) The first
report will be due Sunday 6/2/19, and includes an extra day, as the event begins on a Saturday and
ends on a Saturday. After that reporting weeks run Sunday to Saturday.

4. The Event Coordinator, Liz Terwilliger, will post weekly updates on this page as the Virtual Event

5. If during the course of the event a registrant finds they are unable to complete the Fitness Challenge
requirements, they can change their registration to one of the other categories (single distance or
Fitness Fanatic) for no additional charge.

6. If you are on a team, your team will get credit for 20 miles a week regardless of your actual mileage
in excess of your 20 miles a week.
