How do I register?
Registration is easy.
Online and paper registration is available on our "
Registration" page.
Individuals can register for a single distance, multiple distances, the
Fitness Challenge or as Fitness Fanatics.
Miles can be completed all at once or cumulatively over the course of
the event.
Miles can be completed one way (ex. walking) or in a variety of ways.
In the past, participants have run, trail run, walked, hiked, biked,
kayaked, swum, danced, and Zumba'd their miles.
Teams are a great way to spread awareness!
Anyone can start or join a team.
Indicate your team when you register.
Everyone who completes their miles receives a finisher's medal

Can I make a donation without registering?
Of course, we welcome any donation!
